Job Description

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, and ensuring the structural safety of buildings and infrastructure projects. The role requires close coordination with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately, safely and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and review s tructural designs, drawings, and calculations for RCC and steel structures.
  • Analyze structural stability using design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, SAP2000, etc.
  • Ensure designs comply with IS Codes, NBC and relevant statutory standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site execution teams.
  • Review shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS) and construction methodologies.
  • Provide technical support during site execution, resolving structural issues.
  • Conduct structural audits and inspections as required.
  • Evaluate materials like concrete, steel, and ensure quality compliance.
  • Assist in value engineering and cost optimization without compromising safety.
  • Prepare and maintain design reports, technical documentation, and approvals
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality and timelines of the project.



Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) | M.E / M.Tech – Structural (Preferred)

Experience: 6-10 yrs in Construction/Real Estate/Infrastructure


Software Knowledge:

  • ETABS / SAFE / STAAD / SAP2000
  • AutoCAD
  • MS Excel / MS Office
