Enersense Engineering Oy is currently seeking a Civil & Structural Project Manager to join our clients team in industrial, infrastructure and data center projects in Helsinki.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all Civil & Structural work packages from site setup through commissioning and closeout
Plan and manage costs, budgets, labour resources, commissioning activities and overall project performance in collaboration with the Project
Manager, Planner and other stakeholders
Direct civil and structural site setup and execution, ensuring best-practice documentation, reporting and schedules are implemented
Coordinate programme, sequencing and design interfaces with planners, subcontractors and consultants to meet client, safety, quality and schedule requirements
Oversee daily site operations, including progress reporting, manpower control and subcontractor performance
Drive HSE and Quality to ensure full compliance to required standards
