Our projects include major road and rail infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects, urban developments and subdivisions, and airports and airfields. With over 250 experienced and specialised team members, we have a proven track record of delivering results for our diverse client base.

About The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee site operations for major infrastructure projects across urban developments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and coordinate multiple crews to deliver quality work safely and on time
• Work closely with the Project Manager/Engineer to meet cost, schedule and quality targets
• Manage resources, daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and QA sign-offs
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and your team

And a Bit About You

Are you the person CV needs? If you can answer yes to the points below, you just might be!

• 5+ years in civil construction, with at least 2 years on urban development projects
• Experience supervising multiple crews and projects simultaneously
• Cert 3 in civil construction (advantageous)
• Excavator operator skills (advantageous)
• Knowledge of underground electrical reticulation (desirable)
• Current driver’s licence; MR licence highly regarded
• Strong communication, safety-first mindset and a proactive leadership style
