TCD is currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join one of our regional civil construction projects based in the Pilbara. The successful candidate will commence in early January.

About the role:
Responsible for supervision and coordination of civil scope, working directly with the client to oversee the day to date activities of the project.
Managing all safety, personnel, and plant matters in accordance with systems and management plans.
Securing and coordinating necessary resources including plant, materials, and subcontractors.
Be thoroughly familiar with the Project HSE management plans and with their individual responsibilities regarding their implementation and enforcement.
Work with the Project Manager to prepare work schedules and assign and communicate priorities.
Take all reasonable action to optimize the environment, safety, and health of each employee under their control. Additionally, Supervisors will emphasize the protection of equipment and property in their area of responsibility.
Facilitate and support the HSE and Pre-Start Meetings and communicate and review the information necessary for employees to work in a safe manner.
Assist in accident/incident investigations and preparation of required reports.
About you:
Previous experience in Civil and Bulk Earthworks (i.e. Drainage & Roads / Services and Utilities / Concrete Works / Bulk Earthworks / Retaining Walls)
Experience in driving performance improvements, and/or change projects that have clear success indicators.
Strong all‑round communication skills to manage client interactions and ability to lead others.
Able to prioritise, manage time well, multi‑task, troubleshoot.
Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business.
Construction Induction – White Card.
Section 26 Statutory Training Completed.
Extensive machine operating experience & ability on all Earthmoving plant and machinery.
Ability to work autonomously.
Able to complete a thorough pre‑employment medical and DAS.
Committed to safety, problem solving and working as part of a team.
