Position: Civil Supervisor
Location: Perth-based FIFO (2:1 roster)
Salary: $160K + Super + 30% Site Uplift

About the Role

A national infrastructure contractor is appointing a Civil Supervisor to deliver civil works on a large-scale mining project in WA’s resource sector. This role is FIFO on a 2:1 roster and offers long‑term stability on a well‑planned project with an established site team. You’ll report directly to the Superintendent and take responsibility for supervising crews, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery of your work scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise civil and earthworks activities within your allocated area
  • Lead site crews and subcontractors to achieve daily and weekly targets
  • Maintain a strong safety‑first approach across all site activities
  • Support short- and medium‑term construction planning
  • Coordinate with engineering, supervision, and project teams
  • Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met
  • Promote a positive and productive on‑site culture

What You’ll Bring

  • Schedule 26 Supervisor qualification (mandatory)
  • Cert III qualification (required)
  • Minimum +5 years’ experience supervising civil works
  • Background in earthworks or mining‑related civil projects
  • Strong leadership presence with hands‑on site experience
  • Clear communicator who can positively influence teams
  • Ability to work effectively within a FIFO environment
