Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in civil engineering works, with a keen eye for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is being done according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other site personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor and manage resources (labor, materials, equipment) at the site.
• Maintain daily site logs and progress reports.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with all safety regulations.
• Read and interpret civil drawings and execute the work accordingly.
• Assist in resolving any site-related technical issues.
• Communicate project progress and concerns to Project Manager/Engineer regularly.
• Ensure site cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Strong coordination and communication with site in charge and manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in civil construction supervision.
• Sound knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulations.
