About the role

A well-established civil construction contractor is seeking an experienced Supervisor / Foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations across projects in the ACT.

You'll be responsible for leading site crews, coordinating subcontractors, managing plant and materials, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification. This role suits a hands-on leader who enjoys being on site, solving problems and driving productivity.

Tasks & Responsibilities

* Supervise daily site activities and workforce
* Coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials
* Ensure works are delivered to program and quality standards
* Enforce WHS procedures and site compliance
* Read and interpret drawings and construction plans
* Report progress, issues and variations to Project Management
* Maintain a clean, organised and professional site

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in civil construction
* Strong understanding of earthworks, services and infrastructure projects
* Ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors effectively
* Solid knowledge of WHS requirements and site safety
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* White Card (required)
* Plant tickets and additional certifications highly regarded
