Job Description
The Civil Technical Office Manager is responsible for leading and managing all civil technical office activities across projects. This role ensures the accuracy of designs, compliance with project specifications and standards, effective coordination among stakeholders, and timely delivery of all technical documentation.

- Lead and supervise the civil technical office team, including engineers and draftsmen.
- Review, approve, and coordinate civil shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, technical reports, and construction details.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and other disciplines.
