Civil/Structural/Architectural Department Manager

Job Summary:

• The Manager of the Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) Department is responsible for overseeing the engineering & design teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.


• This role involves managing and training staff, staff resource planning, maintaining department quality control standards, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of civil/structural engineers and designers, leading them in project design, development, and execution.


• Responsible for profitable growth of the department; ensuring staff levels and staff assignments meet project requirements while maintaining billable goals.
