Position Overview
The Construction Foreman is in the field and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction operations of a pipe or civil crew. Responsibilities include managing a crew of 5-10 people, managing quality control, site safety, labour, equipment and material resources and crew production.
Essential Functions
- Lead a civil or pipe crew, ensuring production targets are met
- Plan crew production activities and arrange for required materials and resources
