● Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its components (e.g., Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration). ● Familiarity with data integration tools such as Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or AWS Glue. ● Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and decision science.


SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 ● CJA Implementation and Maintenance: ○ Configure and manage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for tracking and analyzing customer interactions across various channels. ○ Design and implement data views, calculated metrics, and dimensions in CJA. ● Data Integration and Transformation: ○ Collaborate with data teams to ingest and prepare data for use in CJA, ensuring accuracy and compliance. ○ Integrate online and offline data sources to create unified, actionable insights. ● Visualization and Reporting: ○ Develop dashboards and reports to visualize customer journeys and key performance metrics. ○ Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and improve ROI. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: ○ Partner with marketing, product, and IT teams to align analytics solutions with business goals. ○ Support the creation of A/B tests and other analytics experiments to optimize customer journeys
