Planning is a critical function within Global Service Parts Organization.

· The Planner has a primary responsibility to plan and manage inventory required to support demand within the CLA (CLA Region).

· The Planner will function as the main point of contact for the Account Teams regarding Logistics-related issues and will action or coordinate support, as necessary.

· The Planner will be responsible for ensuring inventory investment meets target, will own accountability for load rates, while ensuring meeting targets for the customer's Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
