Cladding CAD Draughtsman

We are seeking an experienced Cladding CAD Draughtsman to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a flexible working arrangement with a mix of office and home working. Start Date: ASAP Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus bonus and overtime opportunities Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, with flexible start and finish times Working Arrangement: Hybrid, typically 3 days office based and 2 days working from home Office Location: Norfolk Key Responsibilities: Producing electronic CAD drawings for approval, construction, as-built, and O&M documentation Preparing material take-offs and ordering materials related to project works Attending design and progress meetings as required Providing drawing office support including responding to site queries and assisting site teams Carrying out general drawing office duties to support ongoing projects Undertaking site surveys when required, although this is expected to be minimal Requirements: Proven expe...
