We are seeking experienced Cladding Operators to join our team in India. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in cladding operations, with the ability to operate machinery and ensure high-quality installations. Responsibilities

• Operate cladding machinery and equipment according to safety protocols.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on completed cladding work.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in cladding operations or a related field, WOL machine experience, clad welding.
• Proficiency in operating cladding machinery and tools.
• Strong understanding of cladding materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in the construction industry.
