**What the day will look like**
- Work under the direction of various Claim Advocates, together servicing claims for your assigned clients.
- Determine, and search for, the coverage that responds to new claims
- Input coverage to system as needed to process claims
- Be cognizant of coverage triggers and contractual terms that affect claims
- Process claim development and correspondence on assigned clients in accordance with procedures and quality standards
- Check claim output for accuracy, coherence, and professionalism
