Claims Admin Support

Job summary

We’re looking for a reliable and well‑organized claims admin to support the daily operations of the health claims department. This role focuses on receiving and managing incoming emails, claims, and communications, ensuring proper registration and routing, maintaining clear documentation, and providing administrative support across the team. You’ll help secure smooth information flow, accurate correspondence handling, and efficient claims processing.

Inbox & communication handling

  • receive, review, and categorize incoming emails, documents, and provider or member communications

  • ensure all correspondence is recorded in the appropriate systems

  • forward claims, queries, and documents to the appropriate team members

  • monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely handling of all items
