Role: Claims Analyst - P&C Insurance

Location: Hyderabad

Working model: All 5 days' work from office.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3–6 years of experience in P&C insurance claims.
• Strong knowledge of Auto, Property, and Casualty insurance concepts
• Understanding of coverage, deductibles, depreciation, liability, and loss reserving
• Familiarity with P&C claims systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek etc.)
• Ability to interpret policies, endorsements, and loss documentation
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to US, UK, or Canada insurance markets
• Knowledge of FNOL, Subrogation, Recovery, and Salvage processes
• Insurance certifications (AINS, CPCU, or equivalent)
