Must-Have:

  • UK Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes
  • Claim Processing
  • Knowledge of DB pensions claim processing.
  • Operations & SLA Discipline
  • Process & SOP Management


Key Responsibilities


  • Claim Processing
  • Process and validate member events for one or more of the processes below -
  • Retirement (including Ill Health)
  • Bereavement (including death processing for Active, Deferred, and Retired members) Death of beneficiaries, ex-spouses etc.
  • Transfers (including Transfer in and Transfer Out for both Club & Non-club and CETV)
  • Process and validate events for Pension on Divorce, Benefits Authorizations, Elections, Re-employment and other ke...
