Role: Associate -Claim Processing (BPO 1/2)-Back Office Operations
Must-Have:
- UK Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes
- Claim Processing
- Knowledge of DB pensions claim processing.
- Operations & SLA Discipline
- Process & SOP Management
Key Responsibilities
1. Claim Processing
- Process and validate member events for one or more of the processes below -
1. Retirement (including Ill Health)
2. Bereavement (including death processing for Active, Deferred, and Retired members) Death of beneficiaries, ex-spouses etc.
3. Transfers (including Transfer in and Transfer Out for both Club & Non-club and CETV)
4. Process and validate events for Pension on Divorce, Benefits Authorizations, Elections, Re-employment and other key pension processes
1. Internal Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to QA frameworks (peer checks, RCA) and maintain full audit trails.
