Job Summary:
The Claims Business Coding Supervisor II is responsible for managing the day-to-day direction of the business coding (backend processing) support staff. This role oversees the Inbound Subrogation for the entire Claims Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages budgeting for the department
- Creates objectives and metrics for the business coding staff
- Supervises a staff of 8 to 15 employees
- Integrates processes with acquisitions
- Performs auditing functions and processes
- Cross-trains employees
- Provides coaching and conducts performance reviews
- Performs special projects as assigned
