Job Description

As a part of our Claims team, your role is central to Youi’s reputation and relationships. You play a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of motor claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

About The Role

  • Full-time and onsite, Monday to Friday at our Sippy Downs office

  • Manage your own portfolio of motor claims

  • Ensure smooth processing of claims, from start to finish

  • Problem solving to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi

  • Be the direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and assessors

  • Familiarity with case or portfolio management is highly regarded
