**What You'll Do**:
- Import or build claims and assign to handler
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Monitor receipt of payments for payment plans and maintain detailed payment records
- Audit delinquent payment plans and report them to the appropriate claim handler
- Handle all incoming communication and inquiries that do not require the expertise of a claim handler or manager
- Provide translation of Spanish communications
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Proven working experience in administrative support role (1 year required)
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Seemless handling of multiple projects and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Data entry and word processing skills (required)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (required)
- Working knowledge of Gmail (required)
