The Opportunity:
The Claims Consultant provides escalated client advocacy and expertise for complex and/or multiple lines of coverage claims issues. This position will interact with clients, internal and external stakeholders to support claims advocacy and resolution.
In This Role You Will Execute On:
Apply experience of specialized property & casualty knowledge by providing consultative interpretation of policy language, coverage analysis, advocacy, policy coverage and dispute resolution. In collaboration with internal stakeholders, negotiate with insurance adjustors and external legal counsel to facilitate and expedite a fair settlement of client claims.Provide a second or third level of defense for claims denials or reservation of rights (ROR).
