A rare opportunity has arisen to join our Claims department as a Claims Examiner. In this role you will be responsible for applying claims examination principles and procedures to ensure accurate examination of all cases and payment of all valid claims.
In this position your key responsibilities will be:Examination of claims, including the assessment of documentation provided against policies heldProcessing all financial transactions in relation to claims and collections and ensuring accurate and timely assessmentsAttending meetings with customers and third parties in relation to claims related issuesMonitoring and settling of recoveries and recovery costsProviding advice and guidance on loss minimisation, involving and liaising with legal representatives where necessaryParticipating in Group claims issues and testingOrganising and delivering of training and presenta...
