Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle, examine and settle Accident & Health claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines
  • Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
  • Handle related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties
  • Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
  • Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, recent/fresh graduate is welcome with mid-back office administrative experiences
  • 1-2 years of work experience in handling home or travel claims is preferred.
  • Results oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrity
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
