Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties to manage and resolve claims efficiently
  • Preparing and presenting claims documentation to underwriters and responding to queries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems
  • Supporting the negotiation of claims settlements to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Qualifications required:

  • Educated to A-Level standard (grades A–C or equivalent)
  • Progression toward professional qualifications is desirable but not essential
  • Experience required:

  • Ideally has some experience in a claims role, particularly within an international broker (though not essential)
  • Understands the general principles of insurance and the claims-handling process
  • Familiar with London market operations (Lloyd’s and company markets)
