Our Aftersales Team is seeking a Claims Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate with insurance companies for motor accident and repair claims
- Handle end‑to‑end liability / quantum of all types of motor insurance claims processing (Uninsured losses & Direct Settlement)
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claim documents accurately
- Track claim status and regularly update operations team and customers
- Ensure compliance with insurance and company procedures
