What you’ll do

• Coordinate with insurance companies for motor accident and repair claims
• Handle end-to-end liability/quantum of all types of motor insurance claims processing (Uninsured losses & Direct Settlement)
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claim documents accurately
• Track claim status and regularly update operations team and customers
• Ensure compliance with insurance and company procedures
• Resolve claim-related issues, discrepancies, or rejections
• Maintain accurate records of claims, approvals, and settlements in claims shared platforms
