Job Description

The Manager, Claims plays a critical leadership role in strengthening the systems, insights and performance frameworks that underpin the delivery of high‑quality claims services across the Return to Work Scheme. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead a team that provides the operational foundation enabling claims agents to deliver timely, fair and consistent support to injured workers.

In this role, you will analyse scheme performance, predict emerging risks, and design improvements that enhance customer experience, protect scheme integrity, and support better return‑to‑work outcomes for South Australians.
