Overview
The Claims Manager oversees the full claims lifecycle—from assessment to resolution—while ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder relationships. This role is a 12-month contract with possible retention/extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end claims processing, including assessment, investigation, documentation, and resolution
- Review and provide guidance on complex or high-value claims
- Ensure compliance with Philippine insurance laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Identify and mitigate operational and regulatory risks related to claims handling
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of claims professionals
- Handle escalations, customer inquiries, and complaints professionally
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
