Overview

The Claims Manager oversees the full claims lifecycle—from assessment to resolution—while ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder relationships. This role is a 12-month contract with possible retention/extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end claims processing, including assessment, investigation, documentation, and resolution
  • Review and provide guidance on complex or high-value claims
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine insurance laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Identify and mitigate operational and regulatory risks related to claims handling
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of claims professionals
  • Handle escalations, customer inquiries, and complaints professionally
