  • Process & SOP Management

  1. Claim Processing
  • Process and validate member events for one or more of the processes below -
  1. Retirement (including Ill Health)
  2. Bereavement (including death processing for Active, Deferred, and Retired members) Death of beneficiaries, ex-spouses etc.
