Role Description

The Claims Specialist (Dispute Management) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role involves processing and management of claims, reviewing documents for accuracy, managing claims records, and liaising with relevant stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently. The specialist will analyze claim data, ensure compliance with policies, and facilitate effective communication with internal teams and external clients to achieve resolutions within specified timelines.
