Job Description
Edge Staffing is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Driver (HGV C+E) for day shift work. Deliveries are into printers – goods are paper reels on pallets.
Start times from 0500hrs onwards
Multidrop work – our client runs to Scotland, Mnafield, Leicester, Bostons and Yorkshire (all work is day work) no reloads all own work. Own truck – no cab hopping
Full time Holidays - 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
Our client also offers 50% towards CPC costs when full time.
Class 1 Drivers- Requirements
* Minimum 2yrs Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
* Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
* No more than 6 penalty points (no DR or IN codes)
* Strong knowledge of UK road laws and good driving practices
* Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
