Class 1 Driver – Straight Trunking (Curtainsider) – No Handball!
Location: Wellingborough & Kettering
Pay: £17.50 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday
Start Time: 14:00
Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
The Role
We’re looking for reliable Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a simple, stress‑free trunking role. This is straight trunking on curtain-sided trailers, with no handball involved.
You will complete one trunk run, one drop, and then return — nice and easy.
What You’ll Do
Trunk run from either Wellingborough or Kettering
14:00 start time each day
Curtain-sided trailer work
Safety check all straps before departure
No handball whatsoever
Monday to Friday — weekends off!
Excellent T2P (temp-to-perm) opportunity
What We’re Looking For
Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
Valid CPC & Digi Card
Must be reliable, professional, and safety‑minded
Experience with curtain-siders preferred but not essential
