Requirements Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker Endorsements 1 year recent CDL-A Tractor-Trailer experience RECENT FUEL DELIVERY EXPERINCE REQUIRED Must be at least 23 years of age Successfully Pass DOT Physical No more than 2 MVR violations in the last 3 years No major accidents in the last 3 years No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
