Job Description Class IIIA FAB Foam Machine Operator Location: Albany, MO Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday: 3PM-1AM) Friday OT as required Pay: $22.44 $1.00 Shift Premium for 2nd Shift Position Summary The Class IIIA Foam Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of foam production equipment used in the manufacturing of high-performance components. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform both Class II and III level tasks. Operators are expected to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the production of high-performance products that support Johnson Controls’ mission of creating smarter, healthier environments.
