Required Qualification : - Graduate in any stream & Training experience is must.


Required Experience : - 2 – 3 Years in training


Age Preference :- Not more than 35 Year


Industry Preference :- Telecom Product Industry Highly Preferred

Professional Knowledge Requirement  

  • To conduct Training for VBAs/Sales Team as and when required

  • To Track attendance, activeness and assessment results of trainees and submit reports on drive as per requirement

  • To conduct Training as per the monthly calendar of training for VBAs, Sales team accordingly Prepare the monthly calendar of training for promotors, sales team and TTT

  • Identifying gaps and formulating strategies to determine planned target vs outcome

  • Take new initiatives to introduce new types of training in zone for all team members

  • Analyses competition products and submit analysis report according to market changes

    • Additional Required Skills

  • Leadership skills, Communication skills, Training skills, Presentation Skills

  • Product knowledge, Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

  • Self-awareness with result oriented attitude – self-motivated individual
