Your Role & Impact:

As a Classroom Teacher, you will create a vibrant, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons tailored to diverse learners, including EAL students.
• Foster a positive and reflective classroom culture that encourages intellectual curiosity and collaboration.
• Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing meaningful feedback and personalized goals.
• Organize and lead outdoor learning experiences, class assemblies, and performances.
• Provide pastoral care and support student well-being within a safe and respectful environment.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and the wider school community to support student success.
• Contribute to the school's extracurricular programme (ECAs) and special events.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and school committees.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field with a recognised teaching qualification (PGDE, PGCE, NIE Diploma, QTS, or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of teaching experiences ideally in an international school setting
• Experience teaching EAL learners and adapting lessons for language acquisition
• Familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum is an advantage.
• Experience in inquiry-based learning and teaching across subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, or Creative Arts.
