Work Experience

5-7 yrs of experience as a manager modelling and clay studio in automotive OEM. ( Experience in two wheeler modelling and clay model building can be an added advantage)

Skills

-Hands on experience of automotive / two wheeler modelling in various materials such as automotive clay, UREOL, Styrofoam, FRP, RPT etc.-Complete model building from start (building of armature) to final finished / painted model based on a planned/agreed timeline.-Experience of managing and mentoring junior modelers in clay and other model making processes.-Excellent sense of Design & Aesthetics of a vehicle.-Knowledge about Clay milling and White light scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

-Leading a vehicle model building activity for a two wheeler / 3 wheeler project with a small team.-Responsible for delivery of a fully finished model for management presentations.

- Effectively communicate with cross functional teams (Engineering /Testing/Protoshop) during meetings and troubleshoot the issues of the model keeping the desired intent.

- Basic knowledge of Team center and Unigraphics is preferred.
