Essential Job Functions:



  • Display and encourage teamwork among employees and customers 

  • Maintain positive working relationships with all employees and customers

  • Communicate effectively with peers, clients, and members of management

  • Gather all necessary equipment needed to perform the task at hand

  • Set up any and all equipment to perform the task

  • Assist other crew members when needed

  • May be designated as a signal person when hand signals are required to control operations

  • Attend all training courses that are required by the Company

  • Complete all tasks assigned by management not to exceed the physical requirements of the job description
