The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering spotless results. This position focuses on intensive cleaning tasks beyond regular maintenance, ensuring our clients’ spaces are hygienic, fresh, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities Perform deep cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices Scrub and sanitize hard-to-reach or neglected areas (e.g., baseboards, behind appliances, vents) Perform carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and other specialty services as assigned Handle heavy-duty cleaning tasks such as grout cleaning, high-dusting, and stain removal Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety protocols Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding job progress and any issues encountered Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial deep cleaning preferred Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and best practices Physical ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and time management skills Reliable transportation to job sites in Pasco County Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with carpet extraction, floor stripping, and waxing Certification or training in cleaning and sanitation (optional but beneficial) Member businesses are independently owned and operated.
