Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of projects managed and report to the owners.
  • Provide weekly updates as well as recommendations for improving services to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Implement policies and procedures for staff and lead by example to ensure that team morale and efficiencies are met.
  • Be on site and clean with the team when short staffed to ensure work is completed for the project.
  • Travel between projects that you are managing to work with the team and help as needed while reporting to owners.
  • Act as the liaison from the customer to the owners to ensure project terms are met or exceeded.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory of the project.
