Cleaning Site Manager

Roster: Monday to Friday, with flexibility required when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Schedule tasks effectively to meet deadlines and SLAs
• Assign duties, conduct spot checks, and ensure task completion
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff
• Onboard new team members
• Coach on cleaning methods, safety protocols, and site‑specific requirements
• Handle interpersonal issues calmly and fairly
• Escalate problems appropriately
• Ensure adherence to Workplace Health & Safety standards
• Take immediate action during accidents or hazards
• Report and document incidents clearly and promptly
• Provide clear instructions to team members
• Respond professionally to client requests and feedback
