Cleaning supervisor

•Supervise cleaning workers
•Deliver cleaning products to location

•Ensure that tools and equipment are maintained in good working conditions

•Instruct workers in the performance of cleaning duties and job plans

•Inform Senior supervisor if any problem

•Perform emergency cleaning services when necessary

•Inspect work locations to ensure the performance of workers

•Report workers performance and customers’ claims to senior supervisor

•Report any damage on furniture, fixed assets, or any misuse of products, tools and materials

•Check workers daily attendance and send records to supervisor

•Follow up workers on a daily basis or during rush hours to ensure the quality of service provided

•Maintain self-standards of grooming and hygiene and those of all staff at all times

•Check company car maintenance and status
