Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Phillips 66 Humber Refinery, Eastfield Road, South Killingholme, DN40 3DW
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
Pay: £14.87 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at the Phillips 66 Humber Refinery.This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to leading teams and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the cleaning team, ensuring all duties are carried out in line with SLAs
Monitor cleaning performance through regular quality audits and inspections
Induct and train new team members, delivering toolbox talks and ongoing coaching
Maintain a hands-on approach, assisting with daily cleaning duties, deep cleans, and covering absences when required<...
