Specific/ mandatory skills: German Skills Minimum Level B1 with good interpersonal and reasoning skills (Please attach snap of German certificate at the bottom of resume). The candidate should have been assessed across all four language skills—speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
For Bangalore - HM is fine to consider the hiring of German Language speakers (CWR) from institutes other than Goethe basis they met the required skills set criteria. However, if in future, basis their performance and open position, business decides to convert them into permanent, he/she needs to get certified from Goethe, else will consider them non-German and they would not be eligible for any language allowance. Kindly share this information with the candidates.
For Jaipur – German skills certification should be from Goethe Institute
