What success looks like in this role:

Manage, monitor, and optimize Unisys ClearPath environments for our client. The ideal candidate has proven experience with ClearPath platforms and is skilled at delivering high-quality services while ensuring team development and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage the delivery and implementation of services within planned timelines, budget, margins, SLAs, KPIs, OKRs, and quality specifications.
  • Lead or support incident management and business process redesign initiatives.
  • Provide mentoring, feedback, training, and development opportunities to help team members reach their full potential.
  • Use a collaborative work style that emphasizes teamwork and prioritizes client and organizational goals.
  • Proactively monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in Unisys ClearPath environments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
