Manage, monitor, and optimize Unisys ClearPath environments for our client. The ideal candidate has proven experience with ClearPath platforms and is skilled at delivering high-quality services while ensuring team development and customer satisfaction.
Manage the delivery and implementation of services within planned timelines, budget, margins, SLAs, KPIs, OKRs, and quality specifications.Lead or support incident management and business process redesign initiatives.Provide mentoring, feedback, training, and development opportunities to help team members reach their full potential.Use a collaborative work style that emphasizes teamwork and prioritizes client and organizational goals.Proactively monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in Unisys ClearPath environments.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.You will be successful in this role if you have:
