CPL Limerick are recruiting for a Clerical Administrator with high level administration experience to join our client in Kilrush Co. Clare

Working in a team environment you will be responsible for some of the following duties :

  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Updating shared folders
  • Liaising with family members
  • Handling phone calls coming into the service and fielding/taking messages as appropriate
  • Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel
  • File preparation and uploading documents to the database
  • Skills / Experience

  • At least 6-12 months of professional clerical/ administration experience desired
  • Experience in a healthcare setting a plus but not essential
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to handle difficult calls
