Job Description

Cpl has an immediate requirement for flexible and experienced Clerical Officers to support our busy Healthcare client in Mallow for an initial 3/6 month temporary contract

  • Full time - minimum 35hrs a week
  • Weekend Availability Required (Monday to Sunday Roster)
  • 3/6 month temporary contract initially
  • €17.10 per hour
  • Site-based role (no remote working)
  • Shift patterns include: 8am - 4pm / 8am - 8pm etc.

    • What you will be doing: 

  • Updating record logs and pulling reports
  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Managing emails, post, scanning documentation onto the system
  • Taking minutes, uploading to system and distributing to the team
  • Cross training in multiple department
  • Support a large multidisciplinary team
  • PA duties to consultants
  • Covering the public counter
