The Job:
Based with a public sector body in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, this is a temporary contract where the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office - 3 Month FTC initially with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide administrative supportTo work cohesively as part of a small team ensuring deadlines are metTake calls from members of the public and deal with enquiresProvide responses to queries from the publicMonitor and maintain email enquires to the office ensuring they are directed to appropriate staff in a timely mannerUpdate and maintain databases using microsoft excel and accessMaintain confidentiality of documentation, records etcEnsure the efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibilityEnsure that archives and records are accurate and readily availableRequirements:
